2. Privacy-Friendly Analytics (Matomo)
We use Matomo to analyze website usage. To protect your privacy, we have configured Matomo to run without cookies and with IP anonymization enabled. No data is shared with third parties or used for cross-site tracking.
Matomo is self-hosted on a private virtual server (VPS) in Germany. Data processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Stripe collects identity and transaction data to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Stripe complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) as updated in 2026, ensuring high data protection standards for international transfers.
4. DPP Data Retention & ESPR Compliance
In accordance with the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), data stored within Digital Product Passports (DPP) is retained for at least 10 years after a product is placed on the market. Personal account data is deleted upon contract termination, subject to statutory tax retention periods (up to 10 years).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability (Art. 15-20 GDPR). Given our B2B focus, we also strictly adhere to the EU Data Act 2026 regarding data access and interoperability.
